Taxafy B.V. is an independent tax consultancy firm. We advise our national and international clients on tax matters in the broadest sense.

– Personal data in our administration in realtion to the tax authorities:

We keep this data for 7 years, unless we are legally obliged to keep the data longer;

– Personal data of our personnel:

We keep the personal data in the personnel file for 2 more years after leaving employment, unless we are legally obliged to keep the data longer;

– Personal data of our clients:

We retain this data for up to 2 years after the cooperation with our client has ended, unless we are required by law to retain the data longer; and

– Other data:

We keep other personal data only as long as it is necessary for the purposes, we will delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purposes for which we collect it.

4.2 How your personal data is protected

Your personal data is protected against unauthorized and unlawful access, modification and destruction. To this end, we have taken appropriate measures.

All third party websites that we link to are not covered by our privacy statement.
